We are hiring Assistant Manager Sales
Key Accountabilities
- Proactively manage customer’s satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating and resolving problems, and monitoring satisfaction
- Achieve assigned sales target
- Preparation of sales forecast on annually basis, quarterly and monthly basis. Setting sales targets and making plans to achieve them
- Act as key interface between the customer and all relevant departments
- Lead all aspects of the sales process, culling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by the management
- Setting sales targets and making plans to achieve them.
- Timely Recoveries from customers
- New business development
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- MBA with 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Analytical skills, flexible thinking, judgement, communication skills, organizational skills, computer skills, continuous improvement
- Must have experience of customer relationship management, sales, marketing, operations management
- Should have experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Ability to act/work independently/high motivation/ability to multi-task
