Key Responsibilities:
. must have experience of purchasing accessories, belt, socks, toys, wallets, cufflinks, kid bags, kids bottle ,etc
· To conduct market research, identify gap and develop diverse range of accessories aligned with the latest fashion trends and customer preferences.
· To build seasonal and theme based product folio and ensure its timely availability in CWS.
· Identify, evaluate, and on-board potential suppliers and manufacturers for non-footwear categories.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and timely deliveries.
· Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality products.
· Monitor industry trends to source innovative materials, designs, and production techniques.
· Develop alternative sourcing strategies to reduce dependency on limited suppliers and mitigate risks.
