Experience: 2-3 years

- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Managing outbound calls to resolve/inquire or feedback about queries.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem,
- Managing shipper advice calls
- Handling social media apps by appropriate responses
- Customer behavior knowledge
- Call center operating knowledge

Requirements:
1- Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plan.
2- oversee the production & brief staff on arranging displays.
3- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
