Qualification: Bachelors / Masters in Marketing or Merchandising
Experience: 6-8 years (Footwear Industry experience)
Job Location: Multan Road Lahore
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and product developers to translate design concepts into viable footwear products. This involves understanding technical specifications, materials, and construction methods.
- Calculate and manage product costs, ensuring they align with budgetary constraints and target pricing strategies. Monitor and control costs throughout the development and production process.
- Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products. Use market research to inform product development decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams (such as design, sales, and marketing) and external stakeholders (suppliers, manufacturers, etc.) to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in footwear production. Implement sustainable practices where possible to minimize environmental impact.
