Position: Deputy Manager – Renovation
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Equivalent
Experience: 08 to 10 years
Must have Retail Industry Experience
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
. To look after renovation projects including offices, factory, Warehouse, new and existing stores.
· Collaboration on projects with other stake holders to conduct site surveys, site reports, project progress reports, and project follow-ups with different vendors.
· To supervise the design layouts, 2D-3D design modeling, rendering, electrical plan, HVAC plans, presentation, and proposal submission.
· To provide cost-effective maintenance for civil, mechanical, HVACs, surveillance, power backup units, contractual and non-contractual maintenance
· To lead a team of renovation and maintenance resources towards effective collaborations and attainment of goals.
· Respond to work delays and address to other problems and emergencies
· Select, hire, and instruct laborers and subcontractors
· Market Visits and finalization of measurements & material quality
· Responsible for planning to prevent renovation issues on site before they occur
· Frequent market surveys to explore new materials, proposal submission, and implementation to ensure cost-effectiveness while improving the quality.
· Preparing & execution of estimates, budgets, and work timelines
· To propose new ideas for interior – exterior design.
· To work closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists
