Job Description:

1. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of group of companies.
2. Fulfill the requirements of auditors for timely provision of information and ensure implementation of audit observations.
3. Guiding team for timely and accurate expense and fixed asset recording in relevant cost Center in the preparation of expense report.
4. Prepare & submit the groups’ monthly financial results, budgets & quarterly rolling forecasts and complete the reporting requirements.
5. Perform detailed account analysis & corporate month-end processing and reporting.
6. Maintain the general ledger, ensuring compliance.
7. Prepare annual company tax return.
8. Ensure & devise proper internal control for the recording of expenses and income with respect to each job (printing segment)/project (construction segment).
9. Monitor & analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
10. Other task assigned by the CFO & top Management.
