Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a nationwide sales team of approximately 20 professionals.
- Expand and strengthen distribution networks across key markets.
- Drive sales growth and improve market penetration.
- Oversee credit management with distributors and dealers to ensure compliance with company policies and timely recoveries.
- Contribute to product strategy, pricing decisions, and market positioning.
- Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives with distributors and dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional growth opportunities.
- Set sales targets, track performance, and implement corrective actions where required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the paint or construction materials industry.
- Strong background in distribution management, channel development, and credit control.
- Experience managing sales teams across multiple regions.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute operationally.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
Experience
10–15 years of sales experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
