Position Title: Research Associate and Outreach Coordinator at BNU’s Center for Policy Research (BCPR)
Type: Project-based (6-month extendable)
Beaconhouse National University is seeking a proactive individual for the position of Research Associate and Outreach Coordinator for BCPR office.
Key Responsibilities:
-Research Framework Implementation
Strengthen the research framework of BNU/BCPR.
Develop strategies for enhanced collaboration with national and international partners.
-Event & Activity Coordination
Organize seminars, conferences, panel discussions, roundtables, workshops, lectures, webinars, and other BCPR events.
Monitor and evaluate activities to ensure they align with BCPR’s research objectives.
-Proposal Development & Grant Management
Conduct research to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Prepare and submit high-quality research proposals for grants and funding opportunities.
-Publications & Research Dissemination
Establish a streamlined process for producing quality research publications.
Design a methodology for the timely and regular dissemination of BCPR outputs via social media, media, and other digital platforms.
-Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the main liaison for stakeholders, including BNU Schools, donors, and partner organizations.
Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure goal alignment.
-Networking & Partnerships
Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, universities, research institutions, and corporate partners.
Represent BCPR in national and international meetings, conferences, and workshops.
-Communication & Promotion
Develop promotional materials and manage content across social media and the BCPR website.
Share research findings through press releases, newsletters, and stakeholder reports.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Political Science, History, English, Communications, IT and or a related field from a national or foreign university (Master’s or M.Phil will be preferred).
-Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outreach, research, donor coordination, or sustainability projects.
Skills:
- Proven ability to write and manage proposals to secure funding and publish research findings.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
- High proficiency in use of IT platforms, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, social media platforms, and research tools.
