We are Hiring, Head of HR Department!
Salary Range: (400K-450K)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end the Human Resource function at the University, including complete recruitment and selection process ensuring merit.
- Design, Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Work towards developing HRIS modules with in-house software team.
- Effectively manage and implement Incentive, Goal setting, Reward and performance management systems.
- Supervise compensation and benefits plans.
- Support the university in developing external linkages and partnerships.
- Organize employee training and development initiatives.
- Ensure smooth Faculty and staff HR relations management.
- Handle Faculty and staff disciplinary matters and grievances.
- Ensure HR Budget preparation and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and statutory bodies, including HEC.
- Candidate’s understanding of legal matters, EOBI, Social security etc and will be highly preferred.
- Carry out other duties and tasks that may be assigned by the Vice Chancellor from time to time.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Master’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Candidate should be Disciplined, Organized, Tech savvy, and an established expert in all HR Functions.
