KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The teaching faculty will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of teaching programmes in accordance with the College strategy.
- They will implement policy and procedures, contribute to activities which influence leading edge practice, and undertake research activity.
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of relevant concepts, theories, and practices.
- Ability to design, deliver, and assess engaging lectures effectively.
- Competence in conducting research and analysing data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Efficient planning, coordinating, and meeting academic deadlines.
