- They will also contribute to activities which influence leading edge practice and may undertake research activity.

- Ability to design, deliver, and assess engaging lectures effectively.
- Competence in conducting research and analyzing data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Efficient planning, coordinating, and meeting academic deadlines.
