We are hiring! HEAD TELESALES
Location: Head Office, Islamabad
Qualification: Bachlors/ Master Degree preferably in Business Administration
Experience: 03-05 years at same capacity (specifically in telesales of solar products and services)
What we’re looking for:
· Secure lead generation by cold calling and following up with company literature
· Ensure CRM tools are updated with regards to baseline data such as contact, emails, and addresses
· Assisting in developing effective telesales strategies implementing and monitoring the performance of telesales strategies
· Preparing and maintaining detailed and accurate telesales reports
· Assisting in developing telesales script
· Managing Telesales team with check and follow ups to meet targets (8M / telesale)
· Ensure potential lead generation from agents thru online/web search
· Ensure day end reporting to national head on data calling, meeting setups, lost reasons, etc.
· Regular training sessions to update sales pitch as per the market trends
· Must exhibit strong leadership and team management skills
