We are hiring for the following position in Karachi:

Position: Team Leader – Contact Center (Inbound)
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Requirements: Minimum 2 Years Banking Experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will be responsible to manage team of 12 to 15 officers.
  • Schedule and organize shift roster for team members to ensure that customers are never left unattended.
  • Understand Bank’s Products, services, procedures and guidelines and communicate same to all team members & ensure adherence.
  • Provide e2e resolution to customers while coordinating with the multiple departments within the Bank & handle customer’s queries.
  • Knowledge on call center operations, Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques, Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
  • Conduct regular review of all call center agents performance & perform calls evaluation and organize training sessions for under performers.
  • To support & assist manager to achieve daily tasks & yearly targets.
  • Candidate must have good Verbal & Written communication skills.
