Bank AL Habib is looking for an Acquisition Manager / Assistant Manager – Debit Cards
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferable)
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services
Job Location: Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi
Department: ADC Business Division
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
-Lead the sales and acquisition of ADC products, including debit cards, ATM/CDM, mobile and internet banking
-Regular coordination with branches and zonal teams to meet acquisition targets
-Monitor performance of ADC acquisition channels and identify areas of improvement
-Conduct product training sessions for branch and area staff
-Support stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations and channel efficiency
-Maintain strong understanding of the digital payment ecosystem and ADC product landscape
-Demonstrate strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset
