Bahria Town Karachi Jobs Administrator Hospital:Bahria International Hospital (BTIH) requires Administrator Hospital
Administrator Hospital must possess at least 15 years of experience (At least 10 years of experience as a Medical Director/Administrator) of any reputed Hospital. Candidate must hold at least MBBS with degree/certification in Health-Care Management.
Administrator Hospital would be accountable for leading Operations of Bahria International Hospital, implementing strategy and clinical operational delivery to ensure services provide optimum patient care and experience.
To ensure efficient use of resources. Candidate would be responsible for all of the strategic planning, day to day management of the hospital services to maximize patient flow. He would insure that the standards of health care as set forth by the various accreditation boards.
Responsible to launch new clinical programs with budget planning. Responsibilities also includes developing staff and approves personnel actions such as hires, fires and disciplines.
Above all Administrator has to ensure clinical excellence in all aspects of Hospital.
