𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Research, identify, and source new stationery and crockery products aligned with brand values and customer preferences.
o Work closely with the design and merchandising teams to develop seasonal product ranges.
o Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and price competitiveness.
o Negotiate costs, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure maximum value.
o Place purchase orders accurately and manage order confirmations and shipping schedules.
o Maintain optimal stock levels by forecasting demand and replenishing products as needed.
o Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent product quality and reliable delivery.
o Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor assessments and reviews.
o Review product samples and conduct quality checks to ensure all stationery and crockery items meet safety and brand standards, especially those specific to children’s use.
o Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards for kids’ products.
o Stay updated with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
o Analyze sales performance data and team for customer feedback to inform future purchasing decisions.
o Work closely with the supply chain, marketing, and retail operations teams to ensure smooth product launches and timely stock availability.
o Support the marketing team with product information for promotions and campaigns.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Strong eye for fashion trends.
o Good negotiation and communication skills.
o Experience in purchasing, buying, or a similar role (preferred).
o Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.
