Bachaa Party Jobs Shoes Purchaser:
BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Shoes Purchaser.
Responsibilities:
• Identify trends and customer preferences in shoe styles and brands
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable pricing and terms
• Plan and execute purchases of shoes in line with inventory needs and budget
• Monitor stock levels and ensure appropriate quantities of shoes are ordered and received in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and sales team to optimize sales and promotions
• Analyze sales data to make informed purchasing decisions and adjust inventory as necessary
• Work with the Store Manager to develop and execute merchandising strategies for shoes
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and procedures, including quality standards and ethical sourcing practices
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels
Requirements:
• Candidate should be graduate
• At least 4 – 6 years of experience in purchasing or merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationships building skills
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
• Knowledge of shoe trends and brands
