o Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
o Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer services.
o Training of staff on a regular basis.
o Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company.
o From how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
o Ensure visual merchandising according to the company’s requirements.
o Lead the team and sections under one department.
𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
o 4 – 6 years of experience in a well – known Retail brand.
o Education: Minimum Bachelors.
o People, operations management, & customer management skills are must.
o Strong fluency with Excel formulas & functions.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
o Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
o Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
o Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and placements to maximize ROI.
o Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and prepare actionable reports.
o Develop and execute email marketing and push notification campaigns using marketing automation tools (e.g., MoEngage, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze).
o Build and segment customer journeys based on behavioral data (purchases, browsing history, churn signals).
o Create automated workflows for onboarding, cart abandonment, re-engagement, and retention campaigns.
o Optimize subject lines, send times, and content through A/B testing.
o Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, automation dashboards) to track campaign effectiveness.
o Identify customer trends and insights to improve targeting, personalization, and messaging.
o Provide regular performance reports with recommendations for optimization.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field.
o 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing (paid social + marketing automation).
o Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics & automation tools.
o Strong analytical, creative & copywriting skills.
o Knowledge of customer segmentation, retention marketing & lifecycle campaigns.
o Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands is a plus.
