BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐑 – 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐎𝐃.
Responsibilities:
o Develop, update, and maintain performance management metrics, KPIs, scorecards, guidelines, reports, and dashboards to measure and track employee performance.
o Manage the annual performance management calendar, lead the communication, and ensure that each activity in the process is executed within the specified timeframe and as per defined guidelines.
o Lead and manage the annual appraisal cycle from start to end and ensuring timely and accurate completion of the appraisals, forms and templates and communications.
o Manage the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process from start to end in collaboration with the respective departments & Training Team.
o Contribute to automating the Performance Management System.
o Design and facilitate change initiatives, including restructuring, cultural transformation, and process improvements.
o Collaborate with senior leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to drive organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
o Minimum Master’s in Human Resources.
o At least 3-5 years of experience in performance management & organizational development.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advance/Intermediate).
o Hands-on experience with Power BI is a plus.
o Proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies and programs.
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
o Experience with HRMS & HRIS.
