Bachaa Party Jobs Project Manager:
BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop comprehensive design briefs for retail spaces.
- Ensure that design briefs align with client expectations, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with quantity surveyors to develop detailed BOQs for construction projects.
- Validate BOQs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project specifications.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source and evaluate vendors based on BOQ requirements.
- Lead contractual negotiations with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and aligned with project objectives.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants to integrate systems seamlessly into retail spaces.
- Develop maintenance briefs for MEP systems, ensuring long-term functionality and efficiency.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, addressing any issues that may arise
- Develop comprehensive project briefs that outline scope, goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Communicate project briefs to cross-functional teams and stakeholders to foster a shared understanding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or related discipline, plus a minimum of five years’ experience, including AutoCAD and drafting.
- Familiarity with retail industry standards and trends.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail construction.
- Strong understanding of design processes, BOQ development, and contractual negotiations.
- Knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
