𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
o Manage vendor onboarding and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
o Monitor inventory levels, product assortment, and pricing to maximize sales and profitability.
o Ensure effective communication with internal teams, including marketing, production, and finance, for seamless operations.
o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize product offerings.
o Negotiate with key suppliers and proactively resolve operational challenges.
o Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry best practices.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Textile, or related field.
o 7+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail/fashion industry.
o Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
o Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
