𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Proactively resolve customer issues with full ownership and accountability.
o Handle complaints effectively with strong follow-up until closure.
o Conduct customer feedback surveys (150–200 attempts daily) and document insights.
o Demonstrate empathy and courtesy during calls, ensuring customers feel heard and valued.
o After resolving issues, contribute to developing SOPs and propose innovative improvements to enhance customer experience.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
o 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, customer support, or a contact center environment.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
o Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
o Ability to manage high call volumes with patience and empathy.
o Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

o Manage the full recruitment cycle of retail stores of North region, including job posting, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
o Handle employee grievances, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
o Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding processes.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
o Oversee basic HR operations, including attendance management, leave management, and employee record maintenance.
o Provide support to employees on HR-related issues and resolve any queries or concerns.
o Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role within a retail industry.
o Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
