Bachaa Party Jobs Manager Security & Administration:

BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled & experienced candidate for the position of |Manager Security & Administration|.

Responsibilities:

· Control risk & implement strong checks at all stages with respect to inventory loss & security at all facilities of the company.
· Lead security & administration operations to ensure loss prevention, assets, customers & employees.
· Look after all internal & external security personnel & ensure their productivity.
· Manage over all security of company assets & administration of all facilities of the company.
· Develop & implement security policies, protocols & procedures.
· Oversee recruitment, train & supervise security officers & security guards.
· Training of staff regarding response to emergencies & alarms.
· Oversee procurement of all equipment & materials of all facilities of the company.
· Liaison with local civil administration & law enforcement agencies.
· Ensure compliance of all management directives given from time to time.

Requirements:

· Experience: 6 – 8 years’ experience of Managing Security & Administration Department, preferably in retail sector.
· Education: Master’s in an any business or administrative field from a well reputed institute, Certification in HSE will be plus.
· Experience using relevant technology & equipment (e.g., CCTV)
· Experience in reporting & emergency response planning.
· Excellent knowledge of security protocols & procedures.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, & conflict resolution skills.
· Excellent organizational & negotiation skills & attention to detail.
