Bachaa Party Jobs Manager Planning:
Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic planning processes to support business objectives in the retail industry.
• Lead the planning team in developing comprehensive plans for merchandise, inventory, and sales forecasting.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks for the retail business.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of planning initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and internal departments, to support planning activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the planning team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to retail planning.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in planning roles within the 𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭 industry, with at least 8 – 10 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
- Preference will be given to those candidates who have prior experience of planning in these segments: 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔, 𝑻𝒐𝒚𝒔, 𝑱𝒆𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒓𝒚, 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒚, 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒚 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒔 & 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒚.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in planning software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or AX Dynamics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
