BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐇𝐑 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – (𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝).
Responsibilities:
o Manage the full recruitment cycle of retail stores of Punjab region, including job posting, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
o Handle employee grievances, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
o Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding processes.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
o Oversee basic HR operations, including attendance management, leave management, and employee record maintenance.
o Provide support to employees on HR-related issues and resolve any queries or concerns.
o Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role within a retail industry.
o Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong organizational and time management abilities.
