𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫.
𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
o Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
o Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer services.
o Training of staff on a regular basis.
o Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company.
o From how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
o Ensure visual merchandising according to the company’s requirements.
o Lead the team and sections under one department.
𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
o 6 – 8 years of experience in a well – known #Retail brand.
o 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Minimum Graduation.
o People, operations management, & customer management skills are must.
o Strong fluency with Excel formulas & functions.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills.
