Bachaa Party Jobs Floor Manager:
Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Floor Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
· Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer services.
· Training of staff on a regular basis.
· Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company.
· From how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
· Ensure visual merchandising according to the company’s requirements.
· Lead the team and sections under one department.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 3 – 5 years of experience in a well–known Retail brand.
· Education: Minimum Bachelors.
· People, operations management, & customer management skills are must.
· Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills.
