Bachaa Party, Pakistan’s Biggest Kids Store is looking to hire Digital Marketing Executive for its Ecommerce team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Performance Marketing Manager to implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify target audiences, create customer personas, and develop tailored marketing campaigns.
- Execute effective paid advertising campaigns, display advertising, and social media advertising.
- Optimize ad targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creative to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalization.
- Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs to drive open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Monitor email performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness. Track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights on campaign performance, customer behavior, and trends.
- Make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing technologies and trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads and other digital marketing tools.
