BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞.
Responsibilities:
o Will be responsible for all designated sections within the #Hardline function to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
o Ensure that all visual merchandising within the department aligns with the company’s standards and requirements.
o Drive sales performance and work towards enhancing the overall customer experience within the department.
o Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
o Train new hires on company standards, including handling negative customer experiences and proper customer interactions.
o Lead and motivate the team and sections under your management, ensuring a cohesive and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
o Minimum Graduation.
o 3 to 5 years of experience in a well-known fashion retail brand, preferably as a Branch Manager or in a similar capacity.
o Knowledge of 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 products is essential.
o Strong communication, people management, and leadership skills are essential.
o The ideal candidate should have a confident, energetic personality with excellent problem-solving abilities.
