Bachaa Party Jobs Demand Planner:
Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Make strong collaboration with merchandising team to grow sales & margin, and optimize inventory. Conduct Demand & Supply Planning meetings.
o Provide accurate forecasting & management of inventory levels, sales & promotions, and sell-through. Prepare yearly forecasted sales and share stock demand with the product team.
o Ensure replenishment is done timely of the hot selling products. Prepare weekly inventory plan keeping in view the sales demand stock available in the Warehouse.
o Forecast sales and inventory turn by month, at category level and communicate business performance.
o Develop data-driven, high-quality analysis of demand in order to keep all stakeholders informed about the current inventory levels and highlight dip/growth category wise.
o Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, develop statistical analysis of market trends, promo and event-related analysis along with competitor analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related disciplines/ equivalent experience.
o Minimum 2+ years of data analytics/demand planning/forecasting experience.
o Strong analytical skills, experience with large data sets and data analysis including financial scenario analysis – must have amazing excel skills!
o Aptitude for blending quantitative and qualitative data
o Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written
