- Online Business Partners for Amazon, eBay and similar platforms. The partner will be responsible for driving business growth online along with various other tasks.
Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Digital Performance Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist the Performance Marketing Manager to implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Identify target audiences, create customer personas, and develop tailored marketing campaigns.
Paid Advertising: Execute effective paid advertising campaigns, display advertising, and social media advertising. Optimize ad targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creative to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
Email Marketing: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalization. Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs to drive open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Monitor email performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Generate regular reports and provide insights on campaign performance, customer behavior, and trends. Make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements.
New Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing technologies and trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in digital performance marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta ads, Google ads, and other digital marketing tools
