Bachaa Party Jobs Customer Service Manager:
BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫.
𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
- Supervising, training, and motivating a team of customer service representatives to deliver excellent service to customers
- Establishing clear performance goals and KPIs for the CS team to ensure they meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Creating and implementing customer service procedures, policies, and standards to streamline operations and enhance customer experience
- Tracking and analyzing key metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement
- Conducting training sessions for customer service staff to enhance their skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Generating reports and providing insights to senior management on customer satisfaction trends, issues, and recommendations for improvements
- Ensuring that customer service representatives adhere to quality standards and protocols in their interactions with customers
𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
- Bachelor’s degree – Masters preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Services or Customer Experience Management.
- Experience of Systems and processes (developing SOPs etc.) will be a plus.
- Experience of training will be a plus.
- Passionate about improving the CS of a leading Kids brand with retail stores and E-commerce.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Excellent analytical skills: Able to understand numbers and trends
- Great people skills/team leadership skills
