𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Manage Training Program related to Sops, New product launches product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
o Maintain training records and evaluate training quality (including video reviews).
o Manage assessments & Tests of Store Trainers and staff.
o Verify learning outcomes through calls and store visits.
o Develop, standardize, and implement customer interaction and communication scripts for retail stores and call center operations to ensure consistent service delivery.
o Prepare reports and present insights in weekly/monthly management meetings.
o Collaborate with product and merchandising teams to develop training materials.
o Manage staff engagement groups, updates, and query resolution.
o Manage cross-functional projects with IT and other departments (e.g. Learning Management system, Training tools, Software, and process improvements.
o Suggest New innovative training programs.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o 2-3 Years experience in Training of Call Center / Customer Services.
o Strong skills in conducting training sessions, huddles, and script development.
o Good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
o Excellent communication skills (Urdu, Roman Urdu, and English).
o Experience with online training modules / Learning Management Systems (LMS).
