Pakistan’s Biggest Kids Brand – Bachaa Party is looking to hire skilled & experienced candidate for the position of Call Agent (CSE)
Location: Head Office, Karachi.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Customer-Centric approach while facilitating customers, to deliver a WOW factor
- Deliver a class apart customer experience as measured by performance objectives and under the core values of our organization
- Being able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, written medium clearly and concisely while also responding with the correct answers in limited interruption
- Work towards achieving first contact resolution
- Efficient multitasking skill with “Problem-solving” and “Can-Do” attitude
- Ensure all customers are catered with exceptional Customer Experience
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Minimum Bachelors in Business / Marketing related field
- Must have at least 1-2 years of CSE or Call agent.
- Excellent verbal and communication
- A focused individual and a team player
- Experience in Ecommerce Customer Services will be a plus
