Maintaining Personal files along with documentations on weekly basis
Arrangements regarding induction of new employees.
Leave management of staff.
Update time & attendance system on daily basis.
Maintain E-filing on daily basis.
working on yearly increment cycle and implementation of Performance Management.
Working on by annually bonus till disbursement.
Preparation of all employee’s documentation.
