Position: Senior Management – IR&A
Urgently looking for an experienced HR professional coupled with an extensive exposure of INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS Function to oversee activities including but not limited to Factory recruitment, leave & attendance, payroll, employee relations, outsourcing of contractors’ labor, agreements/letter drafting, dealing with Union (CBA) & dealing with labor department(s).
The position is based at our Factory located at Hub, Baluchistan with the following per-requisites:
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience of handling HR / Labor related issues at the Factory / Plant, in any reputable process industry.
Qualification:
MBA / MPA with majors/specialization in Human Resource Management from a reputable business institute/university. An LLB degree will be an added advantage.
The candidate must possess excellent communication & computer skills with working knowledge of labor laws / service agreements
This is a Senior Management position that carries good perks commensurate to qualification/experience of the candidate
