ATCO is hiring Material Planning Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute material planning based on monthly MRP runs and review/release PRs, including exception messages (push/pull).
· Manage raw material and packaging inventory levels to ensure production continuity while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.
· Coordinate with Procurement to optimize replenishment cycles and ensure timely availability of materials.
· Monitor stock levels and proactively address shortages or overstock situations.
· Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality Assurance to align planning with operational and business requirements.
· Analyze material consumption trends and recommend improvements for planning accuracy.
· Lead and mentor the planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
· Provide training and development support to enhance team capability and performance.
Education & Experience:
· Graduate degree in a relevant field
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in material planning and inventory management
