We Are HIRING Zonal Sales Manager – Central Faisalabad, Pakistan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and develop the sales team within Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala and Bahawalpur zones to achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and identify trends to drive effective sales strategies.
- Manage trade budgets, monitor performance metrics, and suggest improvements to support sales goals.
- Drive implementation of Go-To-Market plans, including commercial plans, sales forecasting, and partner negotiations.
- Ensure brand visibility, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence through demand planning and coordination.
- Lead new distribution development, selection and city launches within regions/zones.
- Monitor competitor activity and implement strategies to enhance market share and brand presence.
- Manage distributors and sales team for channel productivity, ensure resource allocation, and support team development through training initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA shall be preferable.
- 5-7 years’ experience in the diaper industry or relevant market/customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce software.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and highly competitive markets.
- Effective communication skills with good command on English and local language.
- Readiness to travel.
