We Are HIRING Commercial Officer – North Islamabad, Pakistan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee end-to-end sales order processing, including coordination with sales and logistics teams for accurate and timely creation of sales orders, delivery challans, and invoices in ERP.
- Review and ensure accuracy of sales invoices, including verification of product pricing, SKUs, sales tax rates, and customer reconciliations.
- Monitor and follow up on customer collections, manage overdue receivables, and share customer aging reports with customers and sales teams weekly.
- Manage customer credit limits, authorize order offloading based on payments, and ensure accurate posting of customer collections, credit notes, and withholding income tax.
- Handle monthly and daily reconciliations, including customer ledgers, bank reconciliations, and sales returns, while supporting tax filing requirements.
- Maintain ERP data integrity by onboarding new customers, updating records, preparing agreements, and addressing queries from customers, sales and logistics teams.
- Prepare customer’s sales certificate and account receivable file and settle customer invoices with payments and credit notes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BBA / ACCA part qualified / ICMA part qualified.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Working experience in SAP FICO.
- Good analytical, forecasting & budgeting skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
