WE ARE HIRING! Senior Manager – IT
Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals, ensuring reliable infrastructure, strong system performance, and effective support services across all nits. ead digital transformation, cybersecurity initiatives, and IT projects, including system upgrades and integrations, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations. Oversee and mentor the IT team, manage vendor relationships, and maintain the IT budget with a focus on cost efficiency. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and improve IT processes to enhance operational efficiency and support long-term business growth.
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Information Technology / Computer Sciences Computer Systems from a HEC-recognized university. PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
Technical Competencies: Network Design, Data Centre Management, IT Security and Compliance, disaster recovery, vendor and contract management, cloud infrastructure and virtualization.
