Artistic Milliners is hiring ‘𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥)’.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: This role coordinates with the Planning and RFC teams to prepare for upcoming styles by arranging machines, folders, gauge sets, and readying templates before line induction. Responsibilities include maintaining line balance, setting jigs for packet setters, managing style changeovers, and creating physical mock-ups for new styles. Trains operators on new operations and methods to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
