Experience At least 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary in Textile/Garments Industry
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
� Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
� Time/diary management.
� Organizing and preparing documents, preparation of meetings and board papers.
� Coordinating and booking travel arrangements, transport and accommodation.
� Managing databases and filing systems.
� Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
� Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Required Skills:
� Exceptional computer literacy.
� Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
� Candidate must have highly developed organizational skills.
� Ability to take initiatives and maturity to handle range of situations.
� Ability to work on tight deadlines.
