Position: EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Artistic Apparels is hiring an Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our Management Team. This role involves managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, handling email correspondence, and overseeing travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include calendar management, communication management, office operations, project tracking, and document management. POSITION HOLDER
The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with 6+ years of experience in an Executive Administrative role, ideally supporting Senior Executives of Leading Brand.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software is required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
The candidate should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, a high level of professionalism and integrity, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to tasks are also crucial.
