Arthur Lawrence Pakistan is seeking an exceptional individual for the role of HR Onboarding Specialist for US domain.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, onboarding procedures, and employment regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with new hires
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR software and systems for managing employee data and onboarding processes is a plus
Timings: 6:00 pm to 3:00 am (Mon to Fri only)
Location: P.E.C.H.S. Block-6, Karachi
