Amreli Steels Limited is seeking talented professionals for the following position:
Position: Shift Incharge- Mechanical Maintenance (Shifts based position)
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s of Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5 to 6 years relevant experience of mechanical maintenance w.r.t. Plant & Utilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience of handling maintenance operations of mechanical equipment like gear boxes, Pumps, Overhead cranes, Cooling towers, compressors, Hydraulic machinery etc.
- Develop the Failure Analysis Report and submit the same to his superior for relevant action. Preparation and compilation of documents like Shift report, History cards, Check lists, down time Analysis report.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, P & IDs, Hydraulic schematics.
- Ensure adherence to all pertinent Safety Rules and Regulations and ensure understanding of the same by the junior staff.
- Ability to work in Shifts to handle Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance to ensure maximum availability of plant for Production.
- Ensure adequate training and development of maintenance team for optimum productivity by managing weekly training sessions. Location: Dhabeji
