We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive “Officer – HR Operations” to join our HR team based on Head Office – Skytower.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee lifecycle processes (hiring, confirmation, transfers, promotions, separations)
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and reconciliation
- Maintain employee personal files (physical & digital records)
- Prepare monthly HR reports and perform data analysis to identify trends and workforce insights
- Consolidate absenteeism, leave, and workforce data for management reporting
- Ensure compliance and accurate documentation of HR records
- Support HR operational projects and reporting dashboards
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / HR or relevant field)
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations / Payroll / HRIS
