Aman Health Care Services is looking for IT Helpdesk Resource:
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop, printers, multimedia
- Troubleshooting of Network Connection
- Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
- Troubleshoot UPS and power-related issues
- Call Center hardware monitoring and issue rectification
Key Attributes needed:
- Flexible to work in shifts to support 24×7 operations
- Escalate issues that are adversely impacting the project schedule or deliverable completion to the project manager, IT Team, and the concerned vendors.
- IT Support for meeting and events
- Data Center service monitoring and escalation to relevant team and vendors
