Aman Health Care Services is looking for Health Advice & Information Officers for our Telemedicine Call Center in Karachi.
Qualification Criteria:
- 3 years Diploma in the General Nursing (Specialization in any nursing field will also prove to be beneficial) OR Bachelor In Pharmacy
- Minimum 1 year clinical working experience related to the Hospital/Clinical practice
- Prior knowledge of Family Planning and Reproductive Health is preferred
- Call Center experience will be added benefit.
- Age group between 20 and 30 are encouraged
- Gender: Male and Female both required
Language: English and Urdu. Sindhi will be added advantage.
Key Attributes needed:
- Flexible to work in shifts to support 24×7 operations
- Ability to tackle medical concerns and work calmly under pressure
- Proficient at following international medical treatment protocols
- Keen on documentation of process and treatment
Compensation is PKR 35,000/- in an all-inclusive package.
