HR Officer (Operations):
Experience in HR processes, documentation & employee lifecycle management
Strong coordination & communication skills
HR Officer (ERP):
Experience in HRIS/ERP functions (preferably MS Dynamics or similar)
Good analytical & tech-savvy mindset
