This position will be responsible for:
1) Policy Management
2) Succession Planning
3) Objective Settings
Essential Requirements:
*MBA-HR or equivalent
*03 Years of relevant experience
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills
*Good knowledge of organizational development techniques and procedures
*Proficiency in HRIS & Microsoft Office
*Ability to manage change
Salary: Rs. 33K to 40K + Benefits.
